1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the ONE MEDIA SPACE platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. User Accounts

You must register for an account to book courses. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Course Bookings

When you book a course through ONE MEDIA SPACE, you enter into an agreement with us to receive the educational services described. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses with reasonable notice.

4. Payments & Refunds

Course fees are displayed at the time of booking. Payment is required to confirm your enrollment unless otherwise stated. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of booking and at least 7 days before the course start date. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, and platform features are the intellectual property of ONE MEDIA SPACE or its instructors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service lawfully and respectfully. Prohibited activities include harassment of instructors or other users, sharing account credentials, attempting to circumvent payment systems, and uploading malicious content.

7. Limitation of Liability

ONE MEDIA SPACE provides educational services on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the course in question.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
